You, as Customer can load Spend Categories, then load Budgets against each and finally link
your Suppliers to the appropriate Category.

Maintain Customer/Supplier Relationships
With Kwik Order, you still order from your current Suppliers. No change. You've worked on the relationship for a long time, we don't want you to lose that.
Email Driven
All emails are sent to a nominated email address at the Supplier. As an extra, suppliers can enquire on orders placed and Customers can also enquire on progress of their orders.
Link to Accounting System
Orders can be downloaded in a CSV (Comma Separated Values) File in the sequence necessary to import directly into your Accounting System.
Then?....Produce a picking slip. Your Customer's order is EXACTLY what was ordered.
